We are looking for someone to oversee the management of a portfolio of services including both local authority / Integrated Care Board contracts. The successful candidate will be expected to travel nationally in order to maintain the Trust’s working relationships and provide support to local offices.
Location: Penderels Trust, Resource House, 1A Brandon Lane, Coventry, CV3 3GU
Salary: £46,199 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Working days & times: Hybrid working - 2 days per week at Head Office in Coventry, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

The Role - Your main duties will include:
* Maintaining effective working relationships with our contracting partners, including attending regular meetings, submitting accurate quarterly reports, and ensuring high quality delivery of local services
* Supporting local service managers in ensuring the smooth operational running of their contracts, including health & safety audits
* Completing operational audits of services outside of your own portfolio
* Financial budget management of your regions
* Providing support including reports to the Head of Operations and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Board of Trustees, Chief Executive Officer and other senior managers where required
* Providing duty office cover at our Head Office in Coventry at least two days per week
* Visiting services (across the country) that you are responsible for within your portfolio on a regular basis and as the needs of the business require
Skills, Experience and Qualifications - We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
* Prior management experience
* Previous regulated service experience is desirable
* Management of multiple contracts is desirable
* Experience of representing an organisation through presentations and meetings
* Ability to remain calm and stay organised in a pressurised environment
* Ability to travel nationally, with a clean valid driving licence and unrestricted access to a vehicle
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent knowledge of statutory, corporate and voluntary sector
* GCSE Grade '4' or equivalent in English and Maths
* A management qualification at NVQ level 4 or above is desirable
