Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a finance team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services, alongside supporting wider financial processes.
Responsibilities
* Managing all aspects of payroll administration in line with UK payroll legislation
* Processing and reconciling invoices
* Preparing and maintaining month-end sheets
* Assisting with financial reporting requirements
* Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times
Skills and Experience Required
* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
* Proven experience in UK payroll administration
* Experience handling invoices and supporting month-end processes
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week based in Luton and two days working from home.
