What you’ll do
* Support the Contracts Manager by facilitating and minuting meetings, and maintaining accurate contract records
* Monitor performance indicators, programme of works and financial transactions
* Liaise with contractors, councillors, internal teams and external partners to ensure services are delivered effectively
* Keep all stakeholders informed on progress and planned works
* Contribute to identifying needs and service trends that support Brent’s Borough Plan priority for a Cleaner, Greener Future
We’re looking for someone with
* Experience providing administrative support to managers in a complex setting
* Strong organisational skills with accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with councillors, partners and residents
* Ability to balance competing priorities while supporting continuous service improvement
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a commitment to public service
