Telecoms Fibre Engineer
We are hiring for an award‑winning company offering exceptional telecoms fibre training.
Start date: Immediate start available.
Pay: Working from a rate card with a guaranteed pay rate; there is no earnings cap.
Job Description
* Completing fibre installations (overhead and underground)
* Completing fibre surveying/repairing orders
* Full and continuous training provided, with support throughout the working day
* Normal hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays
* Site inspection evaluations, including traffic management
* Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries
Key Requirements
* Full UK driver’s licence with no more than 6 points
* Skilled at managing field technical work with minimal supervision
* Friendly, customer‑focused, with a desire to resolve issues
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift objects regularly
* Ability to safely climb ladders
* Ability to bend and stretch comfortably
* Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
