We’re working with a welcoming, community-focused school in Maidenhead who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The role offers the chance to work closely with teachers, support small groups, and provide 1:1 assistance to children who may need extra help. Responsibilities ✨ Support pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1 sessions Help prepare lesson materials and resources Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and encouraging participation Provide tailored support for children with additional needs Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom Requirements Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting A caring, patient, and supportive approach Good teamwork skills and the ability to use your initiative An understanding of SEN needs is desirable but not essential Right to Work in the UK and willingness to complete necessary safeguarding checks At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
