Job Description What you'll be doing: Serve as the first point of contact for all site‑based security queries. Build and maintain a professional working relationship with Airbus security management to maximise service delivery. Ensure SLAs and KPIs are reviewed, managed, and met weekly. Maintain all staff vetting, security clearances, and SIA/LDN records in line with Airbus requirements. Promote and uphold health & safety standards, including assignment instructions and risk assessments. Ensure all incidents are reported in line with customer policies and procedures. Oversee emergency procedures, documentation, and testing. Conduct regular site audits and agree improvement plans with the client. Manage recruitment, staff development, ER cases, grievances, and disciplinaries. Support cost control, monthly dashboard reporting, and operational data accuracy. Ensure training compliance, including vocational development and PDPs. Maintain office security and complete fire safety checks. Manage welfare, attendance, equalities, and conflict resolution. Support operational cover where required due to exceptional circumstances. Represent Securitas and Airbus with professionalism, judgement, and integrity.
