Set within picturesque countryside grounds, this highly reputable venue is known for delivering exceptional, personalised experiences, including hosting a variety of conferences. They're now looking for a dedicated Weddings & Events Team Leader to help ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.

* £32,000 per annum
* Working 40 hours per week, straight shifts
* Paid overtime or time off in lieu
* Weekends off during the winter months

Responsibilities as the Weddings & Events Team Leader…
* Leading the front-of-house team during weddings and events, ensuring smooth and polished service
* Being the key point of contact for clients on the day, delivering a warm and professional experience
* Coordinating with chefs, operations, and suppliers to ensure every detail is just right
* Supervising the set-up and break-down of events with precision and care
* Training and supporting the wider team to maintain high standards of service
