Role: Brand, Content & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
This is not a standard assistant role.
You will work directly with the founder, supporting creative direction, brand execution, PR, and operations.
We are looking for someone who can operate across both creative and business functions, with the ability to contribute ideas — not just execute tasks.
What You Will Do
Creative & Content
* Create premium visual content for social media (Instagram, campaigns, brand assets)
* Maintain a clean, minimal, luxury aesthetic (no template-based content)
* Support email and website visuals (Klaviyo / banners)
PR & Brand Building
* Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers / press / collaborators
* Support brand positioning and visibility in the market
* Contribute ideas for brand growth and exposure
Operations & Coordination
* Communicate with suppliers, designers, and partners
* Manage follow-ups, timelines, and daily execution
* Support organisation across brand, content, and logistics
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in skincare / beauty industry (required)
* Experience working with early-stage or emerging brands is preferred.
* Strong creative ability with a refined visual eye
* Experience creating premium / luxury content
* Understanding of brand positioning and aesthetics
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive mindset — able to think, not just follow instructions
* Strong awareness of the skincare / beauty market and key competitors
* Ability to observe, analyse, and translate insights into actionable ideas
* Understanding of how premium brands position themselves (visuals, pricing, messaging)
Location & Structure
* Based in the UK (required)
* London preferred (on-site / hybrid depending on candidate)
* Part-time role initially, with opportunity to grow into full-time

Compensation
This is a part-time role with flexibility based on experience.
* Expected range: £800 – £1,800 per month (part-time)
