A senior in-house opportunity for an employment litigation solicitor with strong restrictive covenant and team move experience to join a leading financial services business.
This role sits within a small, high-calibre legal team supporting a fast-growing division of the business. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, taking ownership of complex employee competition matters and providing strategic, commercial advice.
Key responsibilities include:

* Advising on the enforceability and scope of restrictive covenants
\t
* Managing team move disputes and related High Court litigation
\t
* Drafting cease and desist letters and pre-action correspondence
\t
* Negotiating settlement and release agreements
\t
* Partnering closely with HR on risk mitigation and process improvement
\t
* Delivering training to HR and business teams
\t
* Managing external counsel and reporting to senior leadership
About you:
\t
* UK-qualified employment litigation solicitor
\t
* Strong experience in restrictive covenants and employee competition disputes
\t
* High Court litigation and/or complex pre-action experience
\t
* Background in private practice or in-house (financial services or regulated environment)
\t
* Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder skills
London-based preferred, with flexibility for strong candidates elsewhere in the UK.
