The Job you’ll do * Support the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all mechanical and electrical equipment within our food production facility. * This individual will be responsible for supporting the execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs, performing reactive maintenance as needed, diagnosing faults, and ensuring parts and materials are ordered in a timely manner to minimise downtime. * Help to develop, schedule, and execute regular planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks across all production equipment. * Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and servicing for compliance and reporting purposes. * Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform fault-finding activities to diagnose and resolve issues with minimal impact on production. * Undertake both mechanical and electrical repairs independently to restore equipment to operational condition.
