Customer Relationship Executive – Trade and Retail
Location: Newport
Working Pattern: 9-day fortnight (every other Tuesday off)
Working Hours: 07:45 – 17:00
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with the sales team to maximise account potential. Working to targets and KPIs is an important part of this role, alongside collaborating with account managers to ensure we consistently deliver excellent service.
What You’ll Need
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
* Previous sales experience with a well‑organised approach to work
* A proactive and hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic
* Ability to support ESG strategy – Decade to Deliver
Desirable
* Experience in a client relationship or account management role
* Proven track record of managing and developing customer relationships
