We are looking for a friendly and reliable Male Support Worker to join our adult services programme. In this role, you’ll be helping the people we support build confidence and independence - whether that means lending a hand with everyday tasks at home, getting involved in new hobbies, or supporting to explore work and volunteering opportunities. If you're someone who enjoys making a real difference in someone's day-to-day life, we’d love to hear from you! Due to the needs of the person we support, this role is only suitable for males. To be considered for this role you must hold a clean Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential. Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship. The role You’ll be supporting Max in his home in Muscliff. He communicates with short phrases and PECS cards, and thrives with consistent staff who are firm, fair, and encouraging as he builds his independence. Max loves being outdoors—walking near Throop Mill, popping to the local shop for a treat, or enjoying his garden, whether he’s gardening or relaxing on the swing.
