Reporting into the Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, fault coordination, engineer tasking, and day-to-day administration support across installation projects and term maintenance contracts. This is a hybrid role with 3 days working from our Crawley office RH10 9TU and 2 days from home.
What you'll do:
1. Issue faults to the field-based engineers.
2. Monitor faults and identify trends.
3. Liaise with engineers to issue faults and receive repair details.
4. Liaise with third-party companies to arrange works.
5. Communicate with customers and engineers daily.
You should have previous experience in a similar role and ideally be familiar with Highways Agency, Traffic, Transport, or Local Authority sectors, although training will be provided. You must demonstrate a professional manner when dealing with clients, customers, and engineers.
Additional requirements include:
* Previous experience in scheduling work.
* Experience with general office processes and procedures.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
