We are working with a fantastic primary school in Burnley that is looking for a Teaching Assistant with TEFL or ESOL training (or similar experience) to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves making a difference and can bring creativity and patience to language learning. What You'll Be Doing Supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language to develop confidence and fluency. Working closely with teachers to adapt resources and ensure inclusive learning. Providing small group and one-to-one support tailored to individual needs. Encouraging progress in both language and wider curriculum areas. What We're Looking For TEFL, ESOL or similar qualification, or proven experience teaching English as a foreign language. A positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
