The role involves handling claims against GPs, consultants, NHS organisations, and private medical malpractice insurers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, with regular client contact and opportunities for business development.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The firm is keen to hear from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate:
* Strong litigation experience gained within clinical negligence (either defendant or claimant)
* Exposure to litigated multi-track matters would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
* A genuine interest in healthcare law and a desire to build a long-term career within this specialist area
