Duties of a Service Advisor
* Act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to collection
* Greet customers professionally at the front desk and keep them informed throughout the service process
* Proactively follow up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships
* Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently, supporting customers with future vehicle needs
* Provide expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and service plans to help customers make informed decisions
* Support team members to deliver excellent customer service consistently
Requirements of a Service Advisor
* Ideally experience within the automotive industry, though exceptional customer service skills are highly valued
* Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and customer base effectively
* Confident in using systems and technology to keep customers updated
* Calm and professional under pressure
* A positive attitude and pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences
