Talentmark are recruiting for a Scientist to join a small biotechnology company that develop and supply PCR kits, to be based at their site in Harlow, Essex on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone with a solid technical foundation, proven laboratory competence, and a can do attitude. The role: Provide technical support to customers via email and phone, and occasionally in person. Design, optimisation, and validation of PCR-based genotyping assays. DNA extraction, quantification, and quality assessment. Contribute to internal R&D and new product development projects. Perform QC testing of reagents, PCR master mixes, and instrumentation.Your Background: A degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Plant Science, or a related biological discipline.
