Peace Recruitment's client a UK leading Consultancy are looking to grow their well established Management team in Glasgow.
In this role you can expect to be working across various clients ranging from Propco’s, institutional funds, pension companies, public sector organisations.
The Management Surveyor will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of commercial properties, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for real estate management to take the next step in their career with excellent progression potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail, and industrial parks.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party service providers.
* Handling lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant inquiries.
* Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.
* Conducting regular property inspections and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
* Monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and legal requirements.
* Providing strategic advice and recommendations to clients on property-related matters.
Qualifications:
* MRICS Qualified (or working towards)
* Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial property management within a consultancy.
* Strong understanding of property management principles, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant laws.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
