Role Overview
The role will focus primarily on commercial transactions, with some involvement in residential property work to support wider client needs and internal collaboration.
You will work with a range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, lenders and owner-managed businesses, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management matters.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Managing commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations
🔹 Advising landlord and tenant clients on a range of leasing and asset management matters
🔹 Supporting development projects, including site assembly and funding transactions
🔹 Providing residential conveyancing support where required as part of a broader client relationship
🔹 Delivering clear, commercially focused advice in a proactive and solutions-driven manner
🔹 Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations
Person Specification
🔹 Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property (ideally NQ–6 years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this bracket will be considered)
🔹 Solid technical grounding in commercial real estate transactions
🔹 Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision depending on PQE
🔹 Strong communication skills and a commercially aware, client-focused approach
