Senior Tax Manager

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading employment tax engagements covering PAYE, IR35, and benefits
* Advising clients on reward structures, global mobility, and workforce planning
* Managing HMRC interactions and ensuring compliance accuracy
* Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior staff
* Contributing to business development and client service excellence
* Playing a key role in shaping the firm’s growing employment tax function
About You
You will:
* CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid employment tax experience
* Excellent technical knowledge of employment status, PAYE, and benefits-in-kind
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
* Ambitious and eager to succeed by creating value for clients and the team
