You will take ownership of mechanical delivery across the project lifecycle, working closely with construction, commercial, and design teams to drive programme, quality, and performance.
There is also a strong pipeline of follow-on work within the same team, providing continuity and long-term opportunity beyond the initial phase.
Package

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead mechanical project delivery from preconstruction through to completion
* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and engineering resources on a live city-centre scheme
* Drive programme, sequencing, and coordination across complex structural and fit-out phases
* Work closely with commercial teams to manage cost, variations, and procurement
* Oversee design development and ensure buildability across shell & core and fit-out stages
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, to spec, and to programme
What You’ll Bring
