As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff
Source, interview, and place education professionals into suitable roles
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Work towards targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment What We're Looking For
Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage (but not essential)
A genuine passion for education
A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment
