Operations Manager (Sales Focus) Liverpool Profectus are working with a growing IT services business in Liverpool is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to support and drive its next phase of growth across the group. This is a pivotal, hands-on role with a strong commercial focus. While the title is Operations Manager, a key part of the remit is helping the business grow its various offerings by bringing structure, consistency, and proven sales thinking into how it operates.
