* Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 Per annum + Tips (Earn an extra £15,000 per annum)

What you\'ll be doing as a Head chef at The Hero:
* Take the lead in crafting seasonal, locally inspired menus and make use of the fresh produce provided by our local farm.
* Manage and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
* Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
* Build strong relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainability.
* Work closely with the management team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
About you, our new Head chef at The Hero:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment.
* A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes
* A creative mindset and a genuine love for hospitality
* Food Safety Level 3 Certification (or willingness to complete a course provided by us)
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
* Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
* Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
