The Role As our Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll be a pivotal point of contact for our guests and team alike. You’ll oversee daily operations, support Heads of Department, and ensure service runs seamlessly across the hotel — from check-in to dining to late-night guest requests. You’ll work across all hotel departments, gaining valuable experience in Front Office & Reception (using Opera Cloud), Food & Beverage outlets, and Housekeeping operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality — ideal if you’ve undertaken a Hospitality Management degree and want to apply your skills in a hands-on leadership role. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, solving problems with confidence, and leading by example in line with our REACH people values. What You’ll Do Lead the hotel during assigned shifts — acting as the senior decision-maker on property. Accountability – take ownership for smooth operations and swift issue resolution. Cooperation – collaborate closely with all departments for seamless service. Support and coach team members to deliver brilliant service and grow their skills. Oversee safety, security, and compliance, including emergency response when required. What We’re Looking For Proven supervisory or duty management experience within a hotel or hospitality setting. Confidence in leading teams and making operational decisions under pressure. Natural people skills and the ability to inspire trust and respect. A guest-first mindset with a drive to go the extra mile. Strong problem-solving and organisational ability. (Hospitality graduates or those aspiring to management roles in luxury hotels are encouraged to apply — this role offers excellent development potential.)
