We're working with a well-established manufacturing business operating in a fast-paced environment. They're now looking for a Training Coordinator to take ownership of all site training and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the operation.
The Role
Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager, you'll coordinate and deliver training across all departments, ensuring everyone is trained to a consistent, compliant standard. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role where you'll have real visibility and impact across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering engaging inductions for new starters
Coordinating refresher training and SOP updates
Maintaining accurate training matrices and audit-ready records
Working with department leads to identify skills gaps
Managing the site training calendar
Supporting audit preparation and reporting on training compliance
What They're Looking For
Experience in a similar training role within FMCG or manufacturing
Strong understanding of compliance and audit environments
Confident delivering training to teams across site
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
Comfortable working full-time onsite
