The role has two shift patterns available .
One shift is standard days, Monday – Thursday 8:30am -5pm and an earlier finish of 3:30pm on a Friday .
The other shift is a twilight shift pattern, which is 1pm – 11pm, Monday – Thursday.
As Production Supervisor, youll lead a team on the production floor, ensuring quality, efficiency and output targets are consistently achieved.
Youll oversee daily operations, manage workloads and support your teams development through training, performance reviews and coaching.
Working closely with the Production Manager, Coordinator and wider Engineering and Quality teams, youll help drive process improvements, resolve production issues and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance. xjlbheb
Youll also play a hands-on role in production where needed, taking ownership of performance metrics, productivity and team engagement to deliver excellent results.
