Agency Support Worker
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Skills
Experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with clients and colleagues.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence for transporting clients when necessary.
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
