Position Salary: £40,000.00 Type: Permanent Full time: 40 hours As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. By completing thorough assessments and examinations via telephone, video call, or face-to-face means you will assess how our claimant's disability/condition/illness impacts their functional ability on daily activities in a respectful, non-biased and reassuring manner. With proven experience of working within a medical background you will ; • Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports. • Interpret clinical information and evidence. • Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct. • Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.
