Telephone Account Manager - Localist (CPM UK)
Join CPM UK representing Localist - The Food Merchant, a unique virtual marketplace connecting brilliant local food producers with major retailers and foodservice customers. This is a remote-based role working 37.5 hours per week from 27 October 2025 to 30 January 2026, excluding two weeks over the Christmas period. The salary is £45,000 pro-rata, with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (pro-rata). You'll need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle - mileage is reimbursed.

What you'll be doing
As a Supplier & Sourcing Manager, you'll support the onboarding of small and medium-sized food suppliers into the Localist platform. These suppliers are often owner-managed and based across the UK. You'll guide them through a structured onboarding process, ensuring excellent service and smooth integration.
Your responsibilities will include
* Hosting virtual meetings to complete onboarding steps
* Managing inbound supplier enquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams including technical, marketing, and operations
