Overview
Based in the Academic Quality and Standards Team within the university's Academic Registry, this role supports the development and review of the university's taught academic portfolio, including UK and international collaborative provision. The position is fixed‑term for up to 12 months, covering a period of maternity leave within the team.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for the university’s mechanisms for approving and reviewing its taught academic portfolio
* Organise and service meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes
* Carry out procurement duties and other general office tasks
* Produce documents and maintain records related to academic portfolio management
* Prioritise and manage work effectively in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
* Team‑player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Working knowledge of IT systems, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in administrative or office support roles is desirable
