Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide support across accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Process supplier invoices through the Basware and SAP systems in a timely manner.
* Process any manual invoices in line with company policies and procedures.
* Handle invoicing or payment queries by communicating with relevant suppliers.
* Set up new suppliers and update existing supplier details.
* Prepare monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
* Assist with the month-end and year-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and possess the following skills:
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
Additional Information:
This is an office-based position. The role reports to the Financial Controller.
