What you’ll do
* Become a deep product expert on Cintra's HR platform
* Manage and resolve client support tickets with speed and professionalism
* Deliver onboarding and training that sets clients up for success
* Be the trusted day-to-day contact clients rely on
* Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and service
* Collaborate with HR Consultants and wider teams for a seamless client experience
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a client-facing SaaS environment with customer support, HR advisory, or similar
* Genuine interest in HR technology and how systems support HR processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication — you make the complex feel simple
* Strong ownership mentality — you see problems through to resolution
* Ability to manage high-volume workloads without dropping the ball
* CIPD qualification or HR-related degree, desirable
