About You As BMAT Primaries PE Co-ordinator, you’ll lead the delivery and development of high-quality Physical Education across five primary schools. You’ll plan and oversee sporting events, model outstanding teaching, and ensure every child experiences an inclusive and inspiring PE curriculum that supports their health, well-being, and love of sport. The role also involves supporting staff with curriculum planning and CPD, building strong community links, and leading extra-curricular clubs and competitions.
