<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>The Role<br></strong>As a Deputy Commercial Manager, you’ll provide commercial support to a varied portfolio of projects, across multi-disciplined Integrated and Delivery Teams and contribute to our business winning strategy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of commercial support including customer bidding and contracting, risk management, change control, contract and document drafting, and dispute resolution.</span></p>

<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for all aspects of legal, pricing, Intellectual Property and negotiation, in addition to contributing to effective and efficient contractual management of contracts within the portfolio</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Use commercial acumen on tenders and a variety of contracts which range from standard to typically non-standard, of medium to higher complexity, or supporting senior commercial staff on major projects or campaigns</span></li>
