Senior/Principal Town Planner – Leeds

In this role you will deliver innovative and sustainable planning solutions across a diverse client base covering residential, health, education, retail, energy, leisure and employment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning consultancy and provide strategic advice to clients.
* Deliver sustainable planning solutions that meet client needs and comply with UK planning regulations.
Qualifications
* Hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree.
* Be a chartered member of the RTPI or be working towards this, with support throughout the APC process.
* Have good knowledge of the UK planning system with experience in planning practice.
* Private sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
