Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer
Location: Armagh
Type: Temporary (initially 3 months, with possibility of extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £13.57/hour
Role Overview:
* Assist with current recruitment demands within the Shared Services team.
* Screen candidates for vacancies and coordinate interviews.
* Manage a caseload of recruitment activities and supervise others.
* Handle the Trust systems for candidate criteria checks and pre-employment verifications.
* Address queries related to recruitment and selection from managers, staff, and the public.
Requirements:
* 2 A Levels or equivalent/higher qualification.
* At least 18 months of administration experience.
* Excellent computer and communication skills.
* HR or Recruitment experience preferred.
