What you'll be getting up to (a glimpse into your new role!):
You’ll be a key part of our creative team, shaping the look and feel of our games from start to finish. A typical day might look like this:
* Creating and contributing to new game concepts from a visual and narrative perspective.
* Planning out every player journey and interaction while designing a vibrant visual world.
* Staying on top of industry trends and identifying new styles that could influence our products.
* Using generative AI tools to explore and enhance your visual development with creativity and efficiency.
* Working collaboratively to contribute to the ongoing development of games and remove any blockers.
What we're looking for in you (your superpowers!):
We're looking for someone who is creative, a great problem-solver, and has a strong team-first mindset.
The Must-Haves:
* An excellent illustrator with a deep understanding of graphic, UI/UX, and game design.
* An excellent command of Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
* A deep understanding of tombola games and the wider mobile gaming industry.
* The ability to interpret a brief and drive ownership over a game’s look and feel.
* An awareness of company and game studio strategies and goals.
The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):
* A knack for mentoring other designers.
* The ability to pitch and sell your game concepts.
* A natural understanding of the business impact of games.
* Experience in improving processes and working across different teams.
