What We're Looking For:
You are:

* Someone who works independently and uses your initiative
* Willing to work flexibly across:
* Start time 07:00-22:00 please note hours can be in accordance to your availability and can be short shifts or long shifts between these hours
* Morning & lunch shifts
* Tea & evening shifts
* Waking nights & sleep-in shifts
* Available for every other weekend or weekend-only work
Car drivers with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the nature of the role, non-car drivers will also be considered.
Care experience is desirable but not essential—what matters most is your attitude, heart, and commitment. We provide full training and induction to help you thrive.
