I'm recruiting for an Accounts Assistant (Sales Ledger) to join my team based in Burnley.
Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm the successful applicant will work closely with the accounts team mainly looking after the sales ledger.
Duties to include:
Processing the daily banking and bank statements
Allocating customer receipts across all ledgers
Chasing trade customers on overdue debts
Liaising with departmental managers in relation to cash/vehicle debts
Supporting the Assistant Financial Manager with any other duties
Reconciling service plan direct debits and investigating any variances
Any other ad-hoc duties to consider the smooth running of the accounts department
We are looking for an experienced, professional individual with a keen eye for detail, accurate data input ability and excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
