Business Account Development Manager


Glasgow City Centre | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

£45–50k Total Package – Year One

Following a highly successful period of growth and hiring last year, my client is expanding again. This is not a replacement role — it’s a newly shaped opportunity created to support continued momentum and future growth.

They’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving new business, and building long-term client relationships within a supportive, high-performing environment.

This role will suit someone who values autonomy, is comfortable with outbound engagement, and wants to grow with a business that is genuinely investing in its people.


The Opportunity


This is a consultative B2B sales role within a people-first organisation operating in the digital training and tech enablement space. You’ll work with recognisable UK brands and be trusted to manage your own day, pipeline, and meetings — while receiving the support and structure needed to consistently perform.

What You’ll Be Doing


* Owning a full 360° B2B sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition
* Proactively outbound calling and re-engaging warm, cold, and lapsed prospects
* Booking, preparing, and running your own virtual sales meetings (Teams / Zoom)
* Delivering consultative discovery conversations focused on client needs and outcomes
* Growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling once relationships are established
* Building and maintaining a healthy, strategic pipeline
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure strong delivery and long-term client success


What We’re Looking For


* 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience
* (Tech, training, SaaS, recruitment, or professional services are beneficial but not essential)
* Proven experience managing a full sales cycle
* Confident with outbound dialing and structured outreach
* Comfortable running virtual meetings and presentations
* A proactive, self-motivated sales professional
* Someone seeking a career move, not a stopgap
* A collaborative individual who enjoys being part of a positive team culture
