Our clients are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate with a Structural Engineering background to join their Prestwick office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Engineer (CEng / MICE / MIStructE) who ideally is also SER Certified, looking to take on a leadership role within a well-established and respected practice.
About the Role
* You will oversee a wide range of projects including local authority frameworks and Housing refurbishments.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring high technical standards, and providing guidance to the wider engineering team.
* You will also work closely with directors and colleagues across other offices to deliver high-quality, innovative, and efficient engineering solutions.
About You
* Chartered Engineer with SER Certification
* Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design and delivery
* Proven experience in leading projects and managing client relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and with senior management
* Commercially aware with an eye for efficiency and client care
