ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
Steer Staffing are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a distribution and delivery company based in Bristol.
You will be dealing with customers over the telephone and via email, resolving queries, processing refunds and replacements for products ordered, supporting the drivers daily.
This is a temp to perm role, and the hours are 4 days off 4 days on, 7am 7pm. You will get your rota every 12 weeks.
The duties of the Administrator will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and drivers
* Processing refunds
* Arranging to replace damaged goods
* Advising customers when the delivery will arrive
* Re arranging delivery dates
* Liaising with drivers daily regarding customer orders and addresses
* Inputting all information on to the inhouse system
