As part of a globally recognised healthcare group, our client is revolutionising preventive medicine and community healthcare. They’re on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team in Nuneaton.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things technical. From running laboratory quality controls to training healthcare professionals and supporting audit prep, this role is diverse, impactful, and customer-focused.
Oversee day-to-day lab activities, including Internal and External Quality Controls.
Deliver structured training to healthcare professionals both online and in-person.
Provide responsive technical support via phone, MS Teams, and email.
Use SAP ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer queries.
Assist in quality assurance testing and audit preparation (ISO 9001/ISO 13485).
Confidence in delivering clear, engaging training to varied audiences.
Previous experience in medical devices or technical customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
