<div><p>Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an Employee Relations Partner to join our busy People Services Team.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Home Based with regular visits to our Tamworth Head Office and Services (as required)</p><h3>Reporting to</h3><p>Director of People Services</p><h3>Make a real impact on people, culture, and leadership</h3><p>Are you an experienced ER professional who thrives on solving complex people challenges and making a genuine difference? We’re looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Services team and play a key role in shaping a fair, supportive, and high-performing workplace.</p><p>This is an opportunity to move beyond purely case management and truly partner with managers, building their confidence, improving outcomes, and driving a positive employee experience across the organisation.</p><h3>What you’ll be doing</h3><p>In this varied and impactful role, you’ll:</p><ul><li>Manage a broad range of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and safeguarding issues</li><li>Partner with managers to provide clear, pragmatic advice that leads to fair and consistent outcomes</li><li>Coach and support managers through challenging conversations and formal processes</li><li>Take ownership of cases from start to resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes</li><li>Identify risks early and proactively manage potential escalation, including sensitive or high‑risk situations</li><li>Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment law and regulatory standards</li><li>Use ER data and trends to provide insight, identify themes, and drive improvements in people practices and employee experience</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring</h3><ul><li>Strong experience managing complex employee relations casework</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice</li><li>Confidence in influencing and coaching managers at all levels</li><li>A calm, balanced approach to handling sensitive and complex situations</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills</li><li>A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement</li><li>Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><h3>Why join us?</h3><ul><li>A role where you’ll genuinely influence culture and employee experience</li><li>A supportive, collaborative People team that values your expertise</li><li>The opportunity to shape ER practices and make a lasting impact</li><li>A varied role where no two days are the same</li></ul><h3>About Radis</h3><p>Established in 2001, Radis Community Care has grown to become a leading provider of community based social care and support for thousands of vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales, focused on supporting people to live independently in their own homes and part of their local communities.</p><p>We care for a range of service users including the elderly and for people with physical and/or learning disabilities.
