Key Accountabilities
* Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPI targets and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
* You will be a customer experience pioneer; customer service exists to turn customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and to convey the true magic of the brand through selling spellbinding products, leading by example, and encouraging repeat visits.
* You will be a true coach and mentor to your team, supporting and developing them through on-the-job training, coaching and ongoing support.
* You are a collaborator and an innovator who can influence and build lasting cross-functional relationships in retail and with head office.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results across KPIs and people management. Ideally gained in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* A true leader who empowers the team to be the best versions of themselves and to think ambitiously.
* Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and implement processes and routines with an innovative spirit.
