My client a national innovator in sustainable waste and resource management, are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager, to play pivotal role in driving growth within their Industrial and Commercial division.
What were looking for:
* Minimum 3 years experience in field:based business development, ideally with high:value contracts (A GBP 1m+ per annum)
* Proven success in managing and winning tenders or large:scale service contracts within FM
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship:building skills

Key responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to support sustainable growth
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract close
* Respond to tenders, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
* Manage a robust sales pipeline, with individual contracts averaging around A GBP 1.5m
