We are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Qualifications
* Expert understanding of chemistry is preferred; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is not required.
* Related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
* Fluency in English (or bilingual level).
* Detail-oriented and proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
