About the Role
We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and motivated Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged 1519 transitioning from care into independent living.
This is a highly rewarding role focused on empowering young people to develop the confidence, resilience, and practical life skills needed to successfully move into adulthood and live independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide practical and emotional support to young people leaving care
2. Assist with developing independent living skills including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and tenancy management
3. Support with education, training, employment, and career planning
4. Build positive, trusting relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and confidence
5. Encourage engagement with community resources and social opportunities
