We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to manage a caseload of litigated road traffic, pedestrian and cycling injury claims, primarily within the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, with occasional work in the Court of Session and local Sheriff Courts.
What You'll Be Working On
* A busy and varied caseload of litigated personal injury files
* Assessing prospects and progressing cases efficiently
* Managing client relationships with case and professionalism
* Investigating liability and qauntum
* Regular communication with insurers, solicitors, and clients
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year PQE with prior litigation experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to support clients through sensitive matters
* A proactive and motivated approach, able to work both independently and as part of a team
